Are your prices fixed or approximate?

Our prices are approximate (≈) and based on distance, time, wait periods, and pickup details. Your final quote is confirmed before booking, so there are no surprises.

How is your service different from Uber or Lyft?

We are a private, reservation-based transportation service—not a rideshare. You receive a dedicated driver, a clean luxury vehicle, scheduled pickup times, and no surge pricing.

Do you wait during bourbon distillery tours or tastings?

Yes. Bourbon Trail experiences include wait time at distilleries. You won’t feel rushed, and your driver remains available throughout your experience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking airport transfers 24–48 hours in advance and bourbon tours or special events several days to a week ahead, especially on weekends.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Bardstown and surrounding Central Kentucky areas, including Louisville, Lexington, and Bourbon Trail distilleries. Out-of-area trips are available upon request.

How many passengers can you accommodate?

Our vehicles comfortably seat up to 4 passengers. We can accommodate up to 6 passengers maximum, depending on luggage size, carry-on items, or merchandise purchased along the way. Please share your group size and luggage needs when booking.

Do you provide airport pickup with flight tracking?

Yes. For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrival times when flight details are provided to help ensure timely pickup, even if your flight is delayed.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated if you feel your service exceeded expectations.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for an additional approximate fee. Please let us know when booking.
